A New Method of Installation for Sidewalls! Regal Industries, a leader in the cellulose industry has developed and patented the first Dense Pack System that really works. Regal is now offering a wall system that provides all of the advantages of a wet spray wall application, such as a monolithic seal - without gaps, that has effective sound barrier qualities, and an efficient air filtration barrier. 

Advantages of Regal Wall TM over Fiberglass - Regal Wall, utilizing a Regal Cellulose Insulation, controls air filtration better, has a higher R value per inch, and is more cost effective than fiberglass. Testing has shown that blown fiberglass loses R-value as the outside temperature decreases, whereas cellulose thermal insulation gains in R-value.   Regal Wall closes the unavoidable gaps that are left by fiberglass batting and provides an even, complete monolithic seal that envelops around every fixture and every corner. 

Safety of Cellulose and Regal Wall TM - Cellulose is the safest insulation commonly used in home construction.  Cellulose qualifies as a Class I material, has a flame spread of less than 25 as determined by ASTM Standard E-84 and performs BETTER than fiberglass in fire resistance testing of construction assemblies per ASTM-E-119.  Regal Wall actually restricts oxygen slowing the spread of a fire.  Cellulose does not melt - it chars, staying in place as long as the structure will support it and impeding the fire progress.

Cellulose insulation is proven to provide four things that fiberglass insulation can not.

1. Cellulose greatly reduces air movement (convection).

2. Cellulose efficiently controls radiated heat transference.

3. Cellulose has a true, effective R-value outside laboratory settings.

4. Cellulose provides a monolithic seal.
